Bollywood Legend Amitabh Bachchan Buys Land Near Ram Temple in Ayodhya
Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan recently bought a piece of land in Ayodhya to build a home. The property is in a 7-star enclave called The Sarayu, developed by Mumbai-based company The House of Abhinandan Lodha, reported News18 quoting Hindustan Times report.
The land is around 10,000 square feet and is valued at Rs 14.5 crores. This news comes just before the formal opening of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya on January 22, which will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Amitabh Bachchan expressed his excitement about this investment, mentioning his special connection to Ayodhya, said the report. The property is located 15 minutes from the Ram Temple and 30 minutes from the Ayodhya International Airport.
Abhinandan Lodha, the chairman of The House of Abhinandan Lodha, stated that Bachchan’s investment shows confidence in Ayodhya’s economic potential and appreciation for its spiritual heritage. He believes that Bachchan’s association will make the project a symbol of Ayodhya’s global spiritual significance.
Amitabh Bachchan is not only investing in Ayodhya but also plans to attend the inauguration of the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. Other notable personalities like UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, actors Akshay Kumar and Kangana Ranaut, cricketers Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, yoga guru Ramdev, and industrialists Mukesh Ambani, Ratan Tata, and Gautam Adani are also expected to attend the event.
